Customer who had placed order, please check the order details from My Account, make payment after you had confirmed it is there. If it is not there, that means the last step of confirm order is not completed.

Amaze Baby assures you that we do not sell trade in products nor pre-loved products. All items are BRAND NEW.

Once we received your payment notification through e-mail, we will start packing, and once the payment reach us, we will send out for delivery on the same day or the next day if our courier service is over unless the item is out of stock.


MODE OF PURCHASE

1. Bank Transfer

Please transfer the money as soon as possible after you had confirmed your order, as all orders without any payment will be cancelled automatically after one week. As the turn over rate is very high, the items your order might not be available after very soon. We will not able to hold the items before payment is made.

Once you had performed online bank transferred, please save the page of the notification of successful transaction and send it back to us by replying the e-mail that sent from sales@amazebaby.com. For those who use ATM transfer or bank transfer, please send the following information to our e-mail:

  • Bank Transferred
  • Date & Time
  • Amount Transferred

We will start processing your order and once the money reaches us, we will pack and send out the products on next delivery day. 

You can always monitor the status of your order by selecting MY ACCOUNT, the whole process will be as short as 2 days unless the product is out of stock and we need to refurnish our product. We will contact you if there is delay on delivery, and other options can be provided.

2. Cash on Delivery

You are welcomed to perform self pick-up at our showroom and only cash payment is accepted. 


COURIER DELIVERY
You are allowed to choose the following courier services while you check out your order
  • Air Pak
  • Pos Laju (Highly recommend for customer who address in Felda, Kampung, Ladang or far away from town)
However, please be informed that we might change the courier company that you selected if we think their service performance in your area is not up to mark.


DAILY OPERATION
We will carry out our delivery process everyday from Monday to Saturday using Courier services. You shall receive your product at your door way within 2 days once you check the status of your purchase had changed to DELIVER. As all our products are delivered through courier company, please provide the address where someone will be at home to receive the products, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest main courier office or other arrangement must be made. 

Customers from other countries who are interested in purchasing our products are welcome send a message through CONTACT US for international postage rate. We will make effort in providing the service as soon as possible to the country you are from. 


WARRANTY
Products warranty depends on supplier and manufacturer. We do not provide any extra nor extended warranty. Most Electric Products supplier will have its own warranty card and warranty terms and conditions. You are encourage to send the warranty copy back to the supplier or manufacturer service center.

If you find the items that you purchased is not working properly, please contact us for supervision. We will try our best to provide the proper information that helps you in installing and using the products.

It will be your own responsibility to install and use the product properly to ensure the product can reach the maximum performance. Therefore, please refer to the guidelines comes with the products before usage. If you find any problem in using the products, you are welcomed to contact us for guidance.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are regret to inform you that Returns and Exchanges will NOT be applied unless for damages, broken or defect while your order items reach at your door way. We had adopted services from reliable postage company to ensure the product reaches you without any defect. However, if you find any defect on our product, please contact us at sales@amazebaby.com within 3 days of the receipt of your product, we will try to rectify your problem and provide the best solution.
